Features
Developed to be applied in industrial processes, as an auxiliary, bleach and filter, without modifying the physical and chemical properties of the final product. Its great ion exchange power, enhanced by thermal activation without acid attack and controlled granulometry, allows it to attract suspended elements. This product retains extremely volatile elements, which produce characteristic odors such as Ammonia, Mercaptan, Trichlor, etc. It is frequently used in recovery and filtering of mineral oils and fats, filtering and bleaching of fuels, recovery of solvents from dry cleaners, filtering and discoloration of paraffin, filtering of juices, filtering and discoloration of vegetable oils.

Features
Absorsol Dryis an effective non-toxic industrial absorbent which has been developed and elaborated from natural minerals free of asbestos and chemical compounds; it can achieve a high absorption and encapsulation of all types of liquids and mud; it is a monolithic solid matrix, which manages to link the polluting component to the crystalline structure. It allows to add one more stage to the industrial process, to stop being a generator of hazardous waste. With a fast and powerful absorption, it encapsulates the products to be treated in microscopic silicon capsules, which are covered by a clay (Montmorillonite) with ion exchange capacity.

How to use
Some frequent uses range from treatments of organic and inorganic sludge, organic and inorganic liquids, recovery of contaminated soils, food industry, refineries and petrochemicals, service stations, highways, racetracks, transport companies, hospitals, municipalities, etc.
First, the percentage of contaminants present in the soil to be treated is estimated.
Then, an amount of Absorsol Dry equal to the contaminant plus 10% by weight of the total is added. After that, it is mixed manually or mechanically. Finally, it is left in place or moved as a filler to allow degradation of contaminants. Leachate levels decrease over time, transforming pollution into fertilizer.

How to use:
The mixing time is directly proportional to the viscosity of the product, varying between 3 and 10 minutes.
Recommended to be used use in inerting and / or conditioning of sludge from treatment plants, treatment of products to be discarded due to manufacturing failures or expired, solidification of liquids, greases, adhesives, treatment of contaminated soils, inerting and / or conditioning of dusts, ashes and earth, treatments of deposition of tank bottoms, solidification and stabilization of blood and organic matter in general, elimination of liquids and stabled mud.

DOSE:
Use 2 to 4 kilograms of product per ton of feed, depending on the level of toxins present.
