Sol Minerales y Servicios S.A. is a mining company with extensive experience in the exploitation, processing and commercialization of non-metallic minerals for the agricultural and veterinary industries. The company’s mission is the sale of sanitary mineral (cat litter), silicoaluminate for the treatment of contaminated effluents and exchange clays (zeolite, Fuller's Earth, diatoms and bentonite) for animal nutrition. From its inception, the company’s mission has been to offer its customers quality products and excellent service.

By means of our quality policy, we make sure to transmit to both our members and to all interested parties, directly or indirectly, our commitment to the quality of our products, their continuous improvement and our customers’ satisfaction.

Sol Minerales y Servicios S.A.acknowledges its responsibility to constantly improve its quality management system with the goal of fulfilling or surpassing our customers’ expectations in all the related aspects to solutions regarding the packing and selling of sanitary minerals, silicoaluminate and exchange clays to treat polluted, industrial and house effluents.

With this purpose in mind, our Quality System Management Office takes the leading role to meet this objective and provide all the necessary resources to
• Ensure the complete satisfaction of our clients and all interested parties in terms of work and service quality.
• Maintain and permanently improve our Quality System based on our mission and this Quality Policy.
• Implement a continuous improvement process through the correct execution, control and understanding of all daily tasks.
• Promote the growing participation of our personnel in all the company objectives, their ethical performance as well as in their role in the motivation of our collaborators.
• Increase the development of our staff through education and training programs.
• Increase the performance and overall effectiveness of our organization based on process management through risk analysis, which allows us to manage our activities and resources while controlling any eventuality that might happen simultaneously in each of our processes.
• Comply with the legal, normative, and other regulations that the company subscribes to in terms of quality.
